CororLogic, a cardiovascular image artificial intelligence (AI) startup, announced that it has attracted seed investment from Kakao Ventures and Seoul National University Technology Holdings. The startup is developing an AI solution called 'Angio-FILM' that can reduce radiation exposure of patients and medical staff during coronary angiography. Angio-FILM utilizes AI-based video frame interpolation (VFI) technology to restore coronary angiography images taken at low frames like high-frame images in real time.

CororLogic plans to pursue multi-center clinical verification and secure the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) licensing and global quality certification (ISO 13485) in turn.
