Confirm important warnings with a pharmacist or prescriber who can consider the full situation. Do not stop, change, or combine medications based only on AI output. If you suspect a serious reaction or have urgent symptoms, follow emergency instructions on the medicine label and seek urgent medical help; do not wait for an online answer. Keep a record of what you took and when, and bring product labels or packaging when asking for help. AI can translate unfamiliar wording into questions, such as whether two medicines affect the same process or whether timing matters, but should not determine what you should take. Protect health information by avoiding identifiable medication lists in unapproved services. A checker or chatbot is a starting point for a conversation, not a safety guarantee.
