The Next.js governance documentation says Next.js was created by the team at Vercel and is maintained by its core team. The v0 FAQ describes generating editable React UI components and code from prompts, while listing the frameworks and styling tools it supports. The AI SDK provides TypeScript APIs for model interaction. In AI SDK 6, the structured-output documentation uses generateText with Output.object({ schema }); migration guidance deprecates the older generateObject API. streamText returns a server-side stream of generated output. An application must configure how that stream reaches a browser; useChat manages chat state and updates messages as responses arrive while supporting configurable transport, rather than providing a complete backend automatically. Provider adapters offer a common API surface, but providers may still require distinct configuration or support different capabilities.
