Use of donations

• تطوير مصادر تعليمية جديدة للجميع
• دعم فرق البحث والتحرير لدينا

Financial stewardship

خصوصية المانحين

We do not sell or rent donor information. Stripe, which powers our donation checkout, and PayPal Giving Fund process payments under their own privacy terms. They may provide us with donation records, such as your name, contact information, gift amount, and designation, when needed for acknowledgments, reporting, fraud prevention, or donor support. Anonymous-giving options depend on the selected platform.

Recurring donations

Recurring gifts are managed through the donation platform used to create them. Use the management link in your receipt or account, contact that platform's support team, or email us and we will help route your request. Processing dates and cancellation timing are set by the selected platform.

Refunds and chargebacks

Donations are generally final, but refunds may be available for duplicate or mistaken gifts under the donation platform's rules. Contact the platform named on your receipt or email us promptly with the donation date and amount. A platform or payment provider may also reverse a gift because of fraud, a dispute, or a failed payment.

Tax deductibility

AI Understanding هي منظمة غير ربحية مسجلة 501(c)(3). قد يكون تبرعك معفى من الضرائب إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون. نوصي بالتشاور مع متخصص في الضرائب.
