What matters is flexibility on travel days, airports and connections, and booking early enough for your route. Limits and risks. The cheapest fare is often basic economy, where bags and seat selection cost extra, so compare the total cost. Some sites sell self-transfer itineraries built from separate tickets, and these leave you unprotected if your first flight is late. Hidden-city ticketing, where you book a longer trip and skip the last leg, breaks most airlines' terms and can get your remaining flights cancelled. A chatbot without live search cannot quote real fares. Use it for strategy and cost comparison, not prices.
