Recurring donations
Recurring gifts are managed through the donation platform used to create them. Use the management link in your receipt or account, contact that platform's support team, or email us and we will help route your request. Processing dates and cancellation timing are set by the selected platform.
Refunds and chargebacks
Donations are generally final, but refunds may be available for duplicate or mistaken gifts under the donation platform's rules. Contact the platform named on your receipt or email us promptly with the donation date and amount.
