Przegląd

It matters because a personal or small-business page can now go live in an afternoon without coding knowledge, though you still need to check facts, accessibility and how the site works on phones.

Głębokie nurkowanie

There are two main routes. The first is an AI-assisted website builder. Platforms such as Wix, Squarespace and Hostinger, among others, offer features that generate a draft site from a few questions, and they bundle hosting, templates and a visual editor. This is the easiest path for most small businesses, in exchange for a monthly fee and less control over the code. The second route is to have a chat assistant write the code directly. For a simple site, a single HTML file with CSS is enough, and it can be hosted on free static hosts such as GitHub Pages, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages. Start with content, not code. Tell the AI who the site is for, what visitors should do (call, book, buy or read), and the facts: name, services, prices, location and hours. Ask for a page outline and headline options, then rewrite anything that is untrue or does not sound like you. If you let it, AI will invent plausible details such as testimonials or years in business; never publish those. When generating code, ask for semantic HTML (header, nav, main and footer elements), a responsive layout that works on phones, and no external dependencies unless needed. Preview the page in a browser, resize the window, and ask the AI to fix specific problems you describe. To go live, you upload the files to a host and, optionally, buy a domain from a registrar and point it at the host by updating DNS records. Most modern hosts provide HTTPS certificates automatically. Common misconceptions include thinking that no code means no decisions (you still choose structure, wording and images), that a static page can process forms or payments on its own (it needs a service), and that a site that looks good is automatically accessible.

The Future of How to Build a Simple Website with AI

Tools that turn a text prompt into a working, hosted site keep improving, and several already let you edit by describing changes in conversation. That lowers the barrier for small businesses, nonprofits and community groups. The harder parts remain human: supplying accurate, specific content, keeping the site up to date, and making it usable for people with disabilities. Web accessibility is also a legal requirement for some organizations in several countries, so checking pages against WCAG is likely to stay important no matter how a page was built.

Implementacja w świecie rzeczywistym

A dog groomer asks an AI to draft a one-page site with services, prices, hours and a booking phone number, then edits the text to match her real prices and her own voice.

A job seeker asks for a single HTML file with built-in CSS for a portfolio, previews it by opening the file in a browser, and publishes it for free on GitHub Pages.

A cafe owner uses a website builder's AI feature to produce a first draft, then swaps stock photos for real ones and writes alt text describing each image.

A community choir asks the AI to add a contact form and learns that a static page needs a form service or a host feature before any messages can actually be received.

Zagrożenia i poręcze

  • Automatyzacja uszkodzonego procesu może spotęgować istniejące problemy.

  • Zespoły mogą nadmiernie zautomatyzować i wyeliminować niezbędny ludzki osąd.

  • Jakość może się wahać, jeśli wyniki nie są stale oceniane.

Plan wdrożenia

  1. Zamapuj bieżący przepływ pracy i zidentyfikuj etap o największym tarciu.

  2. Zdefiniuj ludzkie punkty kontrolne przed pełną automatyzacją.

  3. Szkoluj użytkowników w zakresie podpowiedzi, ścieżek eskalacji i standardów jakości.

  4. Śledź wyniki na poziomie zadań, aby potwierdzić trwałą wartość.

What is How to Build a Simple Website with AI?

Building a simple website with AI means using an assistant or AI website builder to plan the pages, draft the copy and generate the HTML and CSS, then publishing the result on a host and optionally connecting a domain. It matters because a personal or small-business page can now go live in an afternoon without coding knowledge, though you still need to check facts, accessibility and how the site works on phones.

What should you give the AI before asking it to write any website code?

The guide says to start with content, not code. Clear purpose and real facts keep the AI from inventing details.

What should you do with testimonials the AI invents for your site?

Invented testimonials are fabricated claims. Only publish real reviews from real customers.

Which of these is a free static host mentioned in the guide?

GitHub Pages, Netlify and Cloudflare Pages can host simple static sites for free. Registrars sell domains, DNS records point them, and WCAG is an accessibility standard.

What does a contact form on a static page need in order to receive messages?

Static pages cannot process submissions themselves. A form service or host feature receives and delivers the messages.

What alt text should a purely decorative image have?

An empty alt tells screen readers to skip the image. A missing alt may cause the file name to be read aloud.
