Làkk AI GUIDE
AI can help research a potential sponsor’s public products and organize a personalized pitch around audience fit, content ideas and verified performance data.
The creator should confirm every brand claim, disclose paid relationships in published content and avoid promising results they cannot substantiate.
A sponsorship pitch asks a brand to consider working with a creator, publisher or organization. AI can help gather public background, outline a proposal and personalize the message, but the pitch must reflect a genuine fit and verified audience information. Research the brand’s products, customers, recent campaigns and stated partnership criteria using primary sources such as its own website or public media kit. A concise pitch explains who the audience is, why the brand could be relevant, what the creator proposes and what evidence supports the offer. Include accurate metrics with a timeframe and definition: for example, distinguish average views from a single viral post and subscribers from active readers. Link to a media kit or work sample. If audience demographics come from a platform dashboard, use recent figures and describe how they were measured. Do not let AI invent engagement rates, brand relationships, past campaign outcomes or audience demographics. Make deliverables concrete. Specify format, timing, revisions, usage rights, paid amplification, exclusivity, approval steps and compensation range when appropriate. Clarify that the proposal is open for discussion rather than presenting unapproved terms as agreed. Do not promise that a sponsorship will deliver sales or leads unless you have a substantiated basis for that forecast. A pitch is separate from the final sponsored content. If a partnership goes forward, disclose material connections clearly and close to the endorsement. The FTC’s guidance says endorsements should reflect honest experience and that material relationships that consumers would not expect may need disclosure. Use AI to tailor the opening and compare possible integrations, then read the message as the recipient. Check the brand name, campaign, factual metrics and contact person. Keep a record of discussions, approved deliverables and disclosure terms. The strongest pitch shows why the collaboration serves both the audience and the brand without exaggerating what either side can promise.

AI may help creators research possible partners and assemble proposal drafts, but relationships depend on fit, trust and execution. Maintain an updated media kit with sourced metrics and example work, then tailor each pitch with facts from the brand’s own public materials. Keep deliverables and rights explicit and review contracts before accepting. Honest expectations create better partnerships than automated volume or inflated reach promises. Separate templates by sponsor category and fact-check each customized statement and metric. Mark approved claims clearly for the host.
A podcast host checks a brand’s public product pages and proposes a segment that fits the show’s actual audience rather than sending a generic sponsorship email.
A creator shares verified audience demographics and recent average views, then asks AI to format a one-page media pitch.
A newsletter publisher proposes a sponsorship placement with the audience size, issue dates, deliverables and editorial boundaries stated clearly.
A creator drafts one polite follow-up referencing the original pitch, then respects the brand’s response instead of implying it has agreed.

Metrics need definitions and timeframes so a sponsor can interpret them accurately.
Concrete deliverables and rights reduce uncertainty before a partnership begins.
Forecasts about sales or leads need evidence and should not be framed as guaranteed.
FTC guidance calls for clear disclosure of unexpected material connections in endorsements.
