Here at Magic, we're personalizing real world experiences. Our first product, Loyalist, is an agentic CRM for restaurants, and we're expanding into members clubs, hotels, and more. We're looking for a founding ops hire. This person is a generalist who can help build internal processes as we scale. You will be responsible for business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and a self-starter.

What you'll do

  • Take on strategic projects and own them end to end
  • Oversee the finance and reporting function
  • Keep us compliant, from paperwork to processes
  • Own and develop internal processes as we scale across multiple functions

Qualifications

  • Clear and strong communicator
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple projects
  • Bias toward action
  • Experience in a previous ops role, or in consulting or banking, is a plus

The offer

  • Salary range $110,000-$150,000 and equity
  • We work in person 5 days a week in our SoHo office
