Role Overview The Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations turns Harvey's hiring data into decisions leadership can act on. You'll build the capacity models, dashboards, and analyses that show how many recruiters we need, where hiring is slowing down, and what to do about it. You'll work closely with recruiters, Finance, and People leadership, using Ashby as your main data source, at one of the fastest-scaling companies in AI.
